The HOYA VARIABLE DENSITY neutral density filter is a high-quality, multifunctional filter that allows photographers and filmmakers to precisely control exposure and depth of field. This innovative product combines advanced technology with ease of use, enabling creators to achieve stunning visual effects.
HOYA VARIABLE DENSITY is a filter made of high-quality optical glass. Its construction is based on two polarizers, whose mutual setting by means of a rotating ring allows for smooth regulation of the amount of light passing through the filter. On the filter holder there are two values marked as MIN and MAX defining the filter's operating range.
The filter allows you to smoothly adjust the density from ND2 to ND400, which gives the user full control over the amount of light reaching the camera matrix. This allows you to experiment with different aperture settings and shutter speeds
