HOYA PROND100 is a neutral density filter that allows you to easily adjust the exposure of your photos without altering their parameters. It reduces the amount of light reaching the sensor by 6 ⅔ aperture stop, enabling you to achieve exceptional effects that are impossible to reproduce in post-production. The implemented ACCU-ND technology in these filters prevents color distortion caused by infrared light.
Within the PROND filter series, you can primarily find non-standard and less commonly encountered densities. Neutral density (ND) filters have a vast range of creative applications in photography and film. Their primary function is to increase exposure time, creating a motion blur effect that works particularly well in landscape photography. They are also incredibly useful for allowing wider aperture openings in the lens, enabling you to achieve a desirable depth of field even in bright lighting conditions.
